Upload documents for signing tenancy agreement

Read below what documents you need to provid, before you can sign the rental agreement!  After you have activated your account, you can upload your documents. You can do this by logging on to Mijn Idealis.

We need from you the following documents:

  1. Copy of proof of identification

    Passport or ID card.

  2. Proof educational institution, PhD Hora Finita statement or internship agreement

Are you a student?
Upload a valid certificate of enrolment from your educational institution. The proof must relate to the current academic year and must be no more than 2 months old. It has to be a proof of full-time study (mbo, hbo or university) at an educational institution in Wageningen or Ede.

In the overview below you can see (if available) which proof we need per educational institution. You can request a proof of study from the student administration.

  • Christelijke Hogeschool Ede;
  • Aeres Hogeschool Wageningen;
  • Rijn IJssel, locatie Wageningen;
  • Aeres MBO, locatie Ede;
  • Dulon College, Ede.
     

Are you a first year student?
Are you a first year student and you do not have your official proof of registration yet? For now, you can upload a print screen from Studielink or an admission letter from your educational institution. This only applies to (prospective) first year students and only during the intake periods in February and September.

Are you a PhD candidate?
We need a valid PhD Hora Finita statement at Wageningen University that is not older than 2 months. In all cases you are registered as a PhD candidate at Wageningen University in the PhD Candidates Information System of Wageningen University (Hora Finita). If you are not registered as a PhD candidate and don’t defend your thesis at the Wageningen University you unfortunately do not belong to the target group of Idealis. Other types of PhD categories are not eligible for housing at Idealis.

Are you going to do an internship?
Then provide us the internship agreement that is not older than 2 months. This must be signed by yourself, the educational institute and (depending on the type of agreement) the internship company.
