Renovation Asserpark
Idealis will renovate the star apartment building Asserpark. Large-scale maintenance, increased sustainability and more opportunities to meet people will be central. This will make Asserpark ready for the future!
Start renovation Augustus 2025
Asserpark residents have agreed to the Renovation Plan and the Social Plan by more than 70%. This means that the contractor, Coen Hagedoorn, will start preparatory work in May 2025 and can actually start the renovation in August 2025. The renovation will take place in an unoccupied state. All residents will therefore start (temporarily) leaving Asserpark by 31 July 2025 at the latest.
